Requirements/Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • SAGE-50 accounting experience

  • Professional phone skills

  • Self motivated

  • Highly organized and detailed-oriented

  • Verbal and written communication skills

  • Basic math and accounting skills

  • Pass pre-employment and random drug testing

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred

Reponsibilities

  • Greet clients professionally both in person and over the phone

  • Assist in managing daily/weekly project schedules

  • Review weekly time sheets and cost data

  • Provide recommendations according to customer needs or preferences

  • Provide essential details to potential clients

  • Manage job books and documents so that all paperwork is up to date

  • Workdays between 7:30am-4:30pm Monday-Friday

  • Represent Fortech in a professional and courteous manner
